- All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds or returns are not guaranteed and are subject to approval after inspection.
- By placing an order, customers are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
2️⃣ Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:
✅ The item received is defective upon arrival (DOA)
✅ The item received is incorrect (wrong model or specification)
✅ The item has manufacturing defects not caused by misuse
📌 Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Original packaging (unused & unmodified condition)
3️⃣ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
❌ Used or test-fired products
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling
❌ Clearance, promotion, or discounted items
❌ Gas, BBs, consumables, batteries, and accessories
❌ Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
4️⃣ Airsoft & Safety Disclaimer
- Airsoft products are for trained and responsible users only.
- Minor scratches, gas leaks due to temperature changes, or performance variations are not considered defects.
- All airsoft products are checked before shipping.
5️⃣ Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed via store credit or exchange.
- Cash refunds are not provided unless required by law.
- Processing time may take 7–14 working days after approval.
6️⃣ Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is proven to be on our side.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7️⃣ Verification & Compliance
- For purchases involving Shopee PayLater or verification procedures, failure to comply with verification requirements may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Administrative charges
- No refund issued
8️⃣ Right to Amend
Shambhala Toys reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The final interpretation of this policy lies with Shambhala Toys.
